Offer expiry

There are five conditions that offer is considered expired:

  1. Reasonable time after an offer is made, or after expiration date expressly stated in an offer
  2. Mental incapacity or death of offeror or offeree
  3. Revocation of an offer communicated to an offeree before acceptance
  4. Express or implied rejection communicated to offeror
  5. Destruction of the subject matter of the offer or intervening illegality terminates an offer by operation of law
